FAQ
What is the difference between plans?
Plans differ in the number of animals, the number of staff accounts on top of the main account, and the range of features: Gold and Enterprise add user permissions and staff activity tracking, advanced reports and the feed-conversion dashboard.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 25 head, to try Throf and get started. When you need more animals, accounts or features, upgrade to a paid plan.
How do I pay?
Three ways: pay online on the checkout page with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay; pay inside the app; or request your subscription with our team and we send a payment link after the call. Payment is annual and prices include VAT.
When is my plan activated?
After payment, during working hours, on the phone number you entered, and we call to confirm. Sign up in the app with the same number.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade moves you to the full higher plan with its limits and features, and your data stays as it is.
